Fox's Chad Pergram was not buying Speaker Mike Johnson's preemptive blaming of Congressional Democrats if a CR spending bill fails to pass a House vote.

This isn't even turnabout. The Democrats did not have enough seats to pass it themselves and attempted to negotiate. The Republicans have tried nothing, abused the government, and are demanding the Democrats save them from themselves.
