Gay man here in Missouri. A lot of my trans friends and me are very concerned about our futures.

  I work at a not for profit hospital that's already on a shoestring budget. Any cuts to government healthcare coverage and my department may as well get slashed in half
- I'm concerned about your futures too. My daughter is queer and as of 2 am this morning, we've been working on plans to get to the UK, where I have dual citizenship.
  
  Doo it. You should me able to get a family visa as long as your daughter is under 18 and your family income is over £29k.
