Why not just set your fan curves in UEFI?

Or try Cooler Control.

Pretty sure power profiles are just for power/battery/CPU/APU/iGPU power use/limits. Perhaps kernel's governor settings even.

You could try input-remapper.

For RGBs checkout openRGB or open razr.
