This. Try to stay until you are forcibly replaced or your agency has its mission drastically changed.
How do offline, local groups get started and reach others now?
It still works if the posters are in places that a lot of the people in town would visit. I've seen a lot of small town restaurants/gas stations/feed shops with an area by the front with posters and business cards etc.
What did you do the last time you had a day all to yourself (no work, no chores, no obligations of any kind)?
I slept in until past noon, spent a few hours laying in bed reading random stuff on my phone, got up and ate something, probably candy, then went back to bed.
