Mariah Carey - all I want for Christmas.
However, how will we all know Thanksgiving is just around the corner?
You need to shut the hell up.
The Star-Spangled Banner
God bless America is way worse and the right wing jobs love it even more, but I get where you’re going and I’m down.
"Someone I Used to Know"
AKA "Gotye".
The grande valse brillante in E-flat major Op. 18 by Frédéric Chopin.
Then I'd go around asking people what their ring tone was in the 90s .... and turn it into a conspiracy theory!
Now Doc Holiday's line in Tombstone doesn't make any sense.
This must be regional. I've never heard the song, nor the title. Only the very end sounded familiar, and that was from Looney tunes.
That said, not many people around here had cell phones in the 90s, and even fewer used them with enough regularity to notice their ringtone beyond the fact that it was ringing.
Look up the "Nokia tune". It was taken from this song.
Feliz Navidad
Good choice.
Ed Sheeran - Shape of You, I absolutely cannot stand it (or any of his other songs but this one is the worst offender)
I get you
Crazy frog.
That's like a whole album.
Though let's not lie, I'd take mjolnir to them in a heartbeat.
Cocaine by Eric Clapton
We get it, you like blow.
Rihanna - Only Girl (In The World)
Words cannot express how much I hate that fucking song.
Darude Sandstorm.
That still leaves Sail by AWOLNATION, or is it Sale!
Eye of the tiger.
I worked retail when rockband came out.
People played that on the demo several times an hour for months.
Gwar - Destroyed. It makes me sad.
This would require too much time contemplating to make sure I selected the correct terrible song. Prolly that Proud to be an American shit that gets stuck in my head really easily. Someone did it to me this morning.
4kids national anthem
RUDE by Magic
“Why you gotta be so ruuuuude?” Ugh
The first rap song.
The Jubalaires - Noah?
Any reason why?
You definitely meant rap, as opposed to hip-hop, yeah?
I'm a hater of mumble rap so I figured thatd be the way to prevent it becoming a thing. Edit: some of my fave songs will prob be caught in the crossfire since rap could have inspired some sections in them but its a chance im willing to take. The 2nd option would be the first dubstep song, and the same risk for the same reason applies.
C’mon Eileen by Dexy’s Midnight Runners.
Like a virgin by Madonna. When I was young and we only had radio and tapes in cars, I had five preset stations and I'm not making this up, that song was on all five stations at the same time once.
That stupid poker face song.
I already removed it.
You are all welcome.
What was it?
