Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson announced that the state is on track to break its voter turnout record, with 45.8% of registered voters having already cast early or absentee ballots.
As a critical battleground, Michigan could play a key role in deciding both the presidential race and control of Congress. Polling averages show Vice President Harris narrowly leading Trump in the state.
Michigan also hosts an important Senate race to replace retiring Democrat Debbie Stabenow and several competitive House contests.
There has been a good chunk of optimistic articles out over the last 48 hours. I'm doing my best to not give them much thought because I don't want to lose twice if Trump wins. My vote is cast which at this point is all I can do. Here's to hoping there's a major upset or all of the swing states go blue tonight and we can all rest easy.
As of right now they are showing Trump is winning that state. We had huge numbers turn up for early voting in Oklahoma. To fucking bad that a majority of them were there to vote for nazi fucking trump.
I am getting 2016 vibes all over again. America do we really prefer a fucking dementia, racist, piece of shit as president rather than a woman?
All I can conclude is that everything that I find absolutely disqualifying about the corrupt amoral lying rapist isn’t a bug for his followers, it’s a feature.
Sadly it's easy: More votes being cast is clear evidence of immigrants being bussed from voting place to voting place to vote multiple times, or of ballot stuffing or of loads of mail-in votes from fake people.
Too many people are arguing from the conclusion (there are millions of fake voters) to what the data should be instead of using the evidence to the best/most accurate conclusion.
Holding my breath, but not too optimistic. If you present Michigan voters a duality choice, it’s an edge to Harris. If you ask them their choice on an open ballot, the Muslim protest vote is pretty firm on either Jill Stein, Harris, or staying home.
Go vote people! Michigan is basically a required win for Harris to become president, but was uncomfortably close in 2020.
