The greasy thumbprint by the tack sells this. Maybe it's a shadow, but it doesn't look right
It might not be so bad, in the long run it encourages you get a more permanent break from that workplace.

I think those 3 pixels are the tacks shadow. It's clear, so the needle would still cast a shadow
