Femboys and trans definitely have an intersection. The egg is real, but not everybody is one.

A primary argument anti-kind people tend to use is that people can be peer pressured into being someone they aren't, aka being told to transition by society. While this is a valid worry, the actual occurrence is very, very low. The best thing to do is not oppress others, let live, let expression be free, and the chances are people will be their true selves and nobody will feel the need to question someone's existence.

But saying “NOT [evil word]” is kind of important when you are trying to draw boundaries and inform people. If you are vague about the word that shouldn’t be associated with femboys, then people can claim ignorance.
Also, the one with the female symbol is not about females, it is about things femboys are not: Not girl, not fetish, not egg.

I think she feels that the things listed under woman are being synonomized or otherwise associated with "woman", and doesn't like that. I don't read it that way, but I can definitely see how she is, as the headers on each side work to that effect

I don't think they're implying that women are any of those things, they're saying they aren't those things. Also sometimes it's necessary to say evil words to describe what not to call you. Censoring can cause confusion (unintended or bad faith intentional confusion) saying what not to call you removes all ambiguity.
