I mean, ignoring the fact that From/Bandai 100% gave journalists a 100% complete save with a high level character to play the DLC with, this is such a massive burn to people complaining that its too hard.
awkwardly looks at IGN's previous Souls game "guides" on yt Oh yeah, games journalists are great at games........

  Someone who was a tech journalist rather than a games journalist, and posted the attempts as a bit of self-deprecating humor. Of course capital-G Gamers think being bad at a game is a Serious Crime and nothing to joke about, so they responded as you would expect.

- Sort of. They front loaded the benefits of specific upgrades so you felt more buffed early on. So the new stuff scales more akin to sacred tears for flasks.
