Just remember there are 4 groups involved, not 2. You've got the Palestinian people, and the Israeli people. You also have Hamas and the Zionist dominated Israeli government.
As far as I am concerned, 90% of the blame falls on the Zionists. They have constantly broken agreements and goaded the Palestinian people. This led to the rise of Hamas, it was the only group willing to really stand up to the Israeli government.

IDF justification:
As the youths were wandering through the rubble of the devastated areas in Gaza, they were essentially trespassing in what can be classified as hostile territory. These areas have been known to harbor terrorist activities and weapons caches. Moreover, these particular individuals had no visible means of identification, which left the IDF with little choice but to assume that they might pose a threat. Their lack of uniform and identifiable markers could potentially mean they are involved with terrorist organizations. This suspicion, coupled with their presence in an area known for previous hostile activities, made the situation highly volatile. It's important to remember that the IDF operates under the principle of necessity and proportionality, meaning that only when there is an imminent danger will they engage.

I'm not doubting the person was shot by a drone I'm doubting the situation around why they were shot with a drone and I'd like it to be confirmed that they were actually unarmed before I add it to the list.
