You say that but we all remember him personally mass banning elon musk parody accounts and banning photos of himself he didn't like.
So he does read your tweets. This still does nothing. This is just the lamest form of activism, and as recent evidence shows, it clearly doesn't work.
Pretty sure the only thing this is meant to accomplish is annoying Elon and his fanboys.

Context matters here. I think the joke is that this gender-swapped picture would really piss off Elon Musk in particular because he's so openly and proudly transphobic.
Yeah i don't think i would really like this sort of joke normally. But given he'd rather say his son died to the woke virus than admit he has a trans daughter... fuck elon.
Maybe, although I personally don't get that at all. Then again I'm not exactly a misogynist and do enjoy drag... Maybe I do want to see Elon in legit* drag after all. And I do mean something legit--not the diarrhea of frat bro tropes he'd inevitably lean into.

Its not a misgendering. It is a mocking of his reverence to trump and cozying up ahead of the swear-in ceremony. If it pisses him off.. it's his own transphobia to blame. We're just encouraging him if he's an egg.
