I have anxiety sometimes while driving because I realize how much cars fucking suck.
It definitely feels like the vibes have shifted, doesnât it? I think the people I do know who have had luck with those apps had that luck years ago (2018 and 2020)
I actually met my last partner on bumble, though it didnât end well lol probably should have never been in that relationship to begin with
Which partially adds to my argument. Relationships arenât only about hooking up and thatâs kind od what theyâve turned into, everything else takes a backseat. I donât deny that people have found long-lasting relationships and even marriages with those apps, but Iâm willing to say it is the exception and not the rule.
And it all stems from some fucks in Silicon Valley trying to play algorithmic matchmaker and turn dating into a queue. Who knows maybe Iâll cave and try it again later (and hopefully change my outlook) but Iâm done for now.

Where did all of the decorum in politics go?
Iâve honestly been doing my best to not categorize myself as completely neurodivergent and instead seeing it as a part of me (because I feel like sometimes it can become a self-fulfilling prophecy) but lately Iâve noticed I donât really have the same interests as other NDs in my life.
Personality wise, I just canât seem to be able to get into video games, anime, tv shows, movies, card games (magic the gathering for example) or really anything that most NDs find interesting. Of course, ND covers a wide umbrella so Iâm mainly referring to some of the most (seemingly) common divergent neurotypes (ADHD and ASD).
I think this is what drives a lot of my loneliness, though I am curious whether others are able to relate 𼲠I genuinely try to get interested in some of the things I mentioned above, but I think what proves that I am not interested is the fact that most of those things feel like a chore (even though theyâre supposed to be fun)
And the âscare people awayâ thing is usually something painfully innocuous like me moving my appendages in a quirky way or being too passionate about something that I find interesting

My mother has a neurological condition. This condition makes her feel like at times, her feet are being stabbed. Of course this isnât happening irl, but the majority of decent people wouldnât tell her that âfacts donât care about the fact that her brain makes her feel like she is being stabbedâ
So why donât we apply this same reasoning to gender? If I say âI donât feel Xâ, my concerns will be dismissed because I look like X.

I guess Iâm just trying to say that everything seems unattainable if youâre atypical maybe? I know some of these phenomena can be felt/noticed by all people regardless of neurotype but they seem to be more common for NTs like myself
Ever since I can remember, Iâve always been able to make friends with people presenting as all genders. But there seems to be this unspoken rule that it is impossible for (presenting) men and women to be friends
