I'm still not normal passing enough for this to make any sense. For a well educated trans latina, it's better to play into being strange, make it cool instead of something I'm ashamed of. I've personally found that confidence in who you are can make up for a lot.
Estrogen literally makes various systems in the body function better. Liver is one I looked into for personal reasons, and I learned that cis women have improved liver health compared cis men until menopause. On top of that, several animals have similar effects as a result of estrogen therapy. Hormones are basically a messenger telling the body what to prioritize, and estrogen overall favors maintaining health more than testosterone.
softer and less oily skin, decreased perspiration, different smell, stunted facial hair growth and halting to pattern baldness, fat redistribution to hips and thighs, boobs, decreased muscle mass, sexual sensitivity changes, a year or two to your lifespan on average(things like liver health are improved). There's probably other stuff I'm forgetting, but those are some of the major changes from estrogen. You could always do TRT as an AMAB, but the downsides probably wouldn't be worth it for most men.
