This is an edited panel from The Anemone Feels the Heat. The manga has its moments, but it really loses steam after the first 20 chapters.

Edit: Apparently the Japanese name for hammerhead shark is even more obvious than the English name, so I'm changing the title to reflect this as more universally silly dialogue.
