Congrats on having enough income to pay your loans quickly. Most of us aren't as fortunate.
Thanks! I'll check it out on my next night off.
Just to jump onto this comment: Factorio just released a major expansion this week.
In a similar vibe, Satisfactory just left early access a few weeks ago.
Donk is a 2nd or 3rd date kind of genre.
I think that perceived smoothness from 40 fps comes from the LCD screen they chose, and using a controller. Docking the deck to a monitor and using a mouse makes it much more noticeable; but running games at 720p makes it much easier to hit 60 fps.
That looks like it was a lot of fun. I would have hopped in if I had known there was a MP session going. Maybe in the future I'll join, or I can offer up a dedicated server.
I always try to keep my reviews constructive for small devs. So far, they've always appreciated the detailed feedback. I've had a few where I completely changed my reviews after they fixed my complaints and let me know about the update.
The Internet is the worst place to seek life advice or personal validation.
I do not say this to be dismissive or pedantic: seek professional help. Talk to a therapist ASAP and start the path to making life better for yourself.
I usually recommend starting at the beginning and reading forward from there. At some point you may feel like bouncing around. It looks like they've broken up the entries into series since I was last there.
The biggest spooky factor of Subnautica was being alone and surrounded by the unknown. I guess they aren't going for that this time.
Compared to the first, Below Zero was okay. I predict their third game is going to be "meh".
Look at the date of the latest piece of data, and you have your answer
Nice. I've been playing around with modular factories and transport recently, too. The hardest part seems to be committing after making a large enough factory to slowly squeeze past tier 6, but I've really taken to decorating the new facilities once they've been built. Rotors and stators are next on my list. I made a large crystal oscillator factory this weekend that manages to pump out a whopping... 22/min.
I have many games I own on Steam that I can play portably from a flash drive without Steam. DRM is still on the developer.
As someone who used to routinely run on Helldive, I found Suicidal rank to still be pretty challenging when I returned last week. I think they made up the difference with enemy spawn placement and mix.
Going by their logic from HD1, if enemies get nerfed/weapons buffed, it means bigger, more dangerous things are right around the corner.
Golf is inefficient. The factory must grow.
I have two on my sound board, but you do you
I also could have sworn that agreeing not to tarrif each other was part of NAFTA.
This block does not freeze interest. It is continuously accruing for those of us that have been put on hold over this shit show.
