Ritz Crackers with blocks of off-brand SPAM, american cheese bits and kewpie mayonnaise

Honestly this would be pretty gourmet if you spread the mayo, go with two square Ritz instead one a round one, and cut the cheese/spam into square.

  I'd add another cracker on top too, but that's optional

I'm not a big fan of American cheese, but this shouldn't be too bad. It's roughly a ham and cheese sandwich.

  I live in europe now but I grew up in the states and american cheese is like an ultraprocessed hug from my ancestors
  
  American cheese isn't even "ultra processed". It's basically just cheddar with a couple edible chemicals added, one being a salt IIRC. Nile Red did a video on it
