QAnon Shaman, who pleaded guilty and made a heartfelt apology in Jan. 6 case, has changed his mind and wants his plea reversed
The infamous QAnon Shaman, who became symbolic of the January 6 Capitol riot, regrets his guilty plea and wants it reversed, BBC reports.
OK. Take away the plea deal and put him in jail for a couple decades. Insurrectionist asshole.
100 0 ReplyIsn't the minimum punishment for insurrection the death penalty?
17 0 ReplyNope. Death is a possible sentence for treason (while no less than 10 years in jail at a minimum). Insurrection sentencing is not more than 10 years and a fine.
