That's why I'm definitely gonna get a partial if I ever get a fursuit. All I need is the head, hand paws, and tail. Then I'd be set... as soon as I get a bunch of sweat reduction clothing and more black pants and long sleeve shirts.

I have thought about that, but for the first one I get, if I ever get one, I'm probably gonna get one without just to make sure I can handle it. Last thing I want is to spend a ton of money on a fursuit with a ton of extras only to find my body cannot handle it, with or without fans.

For some it's a sex thing, for others it's not. Often it can be either for the same person, depending on context.
When I'm "in suit" in public, sex is the furthest thing from my mind. It's just being silly and fun. It isn't like I'm wearing a cum-stained fursuit and hugging people. That'd be disgusting.
