Probably. Never seen one that looks like that, though. Usually they're drawn in bumps all up the pole, not just at the bottom.

Seems like turning that might be painful unless you carry a turning stick and just use the penis-keys for pushing the pins (or turning discs, or aligning wafers, etc). Also couldn't replace keys for magnetic locks unless you also added magnets to your body. But if you could shapeshift at will, you could just learn to lockpick any basic pin tumbler lock extremely quickly probably.
