There is already a free speech platform called Gab Social, which follows America's 1st amendment. How could a fool like Liz Truss pretend to care about free speech, when people in her country routinely get the police at their door for posting memes? Last I checked the UK has no guarantees of free speech.
They do for the freedom of expression, as do most EU countries:
