I think the room is a bit crowded. You can barely see the walls.
It would be better to use it as a music streaming monitor ... play music and keep an eye on the monitor to see what's playing
When the AirBnB details say “flat screen TV” instead of giving the dimensions
At this point I'd be surprised to see a CRT TV and would consider it an extra perk and pack a Raspberry Pi or something for some late night retro gaming.
