Musk PAC tells Philadelphia judge the $1 million sweepstakes winners are not chosen by chance
A judge in Philadelphia is hearing more testimony about Elon Musk’s $1 million-a-day swing-state voter sweepstakes.
This is called fraud. Also, the fact that the winners were not chosen randomly is not a defense. Since the general public was led to believe they had a chance to win, the contest would still influence the voting the same way whether the winner is random or not.

“Your honor, we clearly did not commit election interference, we committed fraud. Also, we’re not even doing it here anymore, so…we rest our case.”
