There's whole instances for this stuff like lemmynsfw.com. I see it in my feed (blurred, so I can use Lemmy at work lol) a lot especially if you scroll for a bit.
Go look how often these instances upload. In most cases it's like once a week. One picture a week. I'm supposed to bust my nut from one picture??? Per WEEK???
And some niche communities are more like "last upload 8 months ago".
Meanwhile on reddit, you refresh the page, and theres several new posts in the 3 minutes you've been there.

I just want a block community button on the main page so I don't have to open the "HUGEGAPINGASSHOLES" community up to block it (none of the images in the headliner are censored despite blurring being on).

I agree, I'd like to be able to block a community from the main page as well. I have no issues with things like gay porn, but it would be nice to be able to block it from my feed without having to open the community.
