Trump Voters Got What They Wanted | Those who expect that Donald Trump will hurt others, and not them, are likely to be unpleasantly surprised
  • You can't bring up my past decisions and hold them against me. People can grow, learn, and change.

Sorry, advocate for the devil; you've had 8 years to grow and reflect on the first presidency. That defense doesn't work twice!

  • Disc Editions Make Up 82% Of All PS5 Console Sales
  • because I've still yet to buy a physical game for it.

I didn't get the disc edition for the PS5 games. I got it for the PS4 games I still owned physically over digitally, and would rather not repurchase my library as part of the cost of the console.

  • Healthcare. I'm the senior Pharmacy Tech for our little independent psych pharmacy.

Before joining healthcare, I worked both food service, and have my degree in Computer Science. I try to keep my passion of food alive in my home kitchen, and mix CS into my job responsibilities, and hobbies.

  • American dream of owning a home is dead, majority of renters say
  • My take? Young people have no money, interest rates suck, but when a home becomes available that is affordable,

We had an offer for cash, as is, and took it

Sounds like an issue of being unable to get into the market (that you continued to propogate). Young people are poor, so they're unable to compete.

  • How many other businesses would we be fine with operating like this?
  • I work for a psych clinic where the head doctor rarely turns down same-day appointments, while his schedule is fully-booked to see multiple patients/15-20 mins. We've slowly bled providers over the course of the last 3 years and haven't really replaced any of them. Turns out, it's hard to hire when you have a reputation for low salaries and nefarious contract negotiations.

Each specialty may have their own story, but we definitely see constant issues of being overbooked AND understaffed.
