Racism has gone too woke!
  • I can't think of anyone with a more direct answer than Martin Luther King - “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” Anyone who judges someone by the color of their skin is a racist

  • You totally missed the point. If someone posted that and if you were capable of thinking for yourself you would research it on your own. And you would then be able to post a link supporting your position. Do you want to possibly change the position of the person and others in the same mind set making the original post or do you just want to censor them. Censorship is what causes the divide. Both sides of an issue being posted causes people to think and hopefully come together.

  • We all saw the undeniable evidence that Twitter had suppressed anything not in line with the positions of the left. If "X" is now doing exactly the same thing regarding posts not conforming with positions of the right then it's just more bullshit. What is the problem with treating every position equally? I understand censorship in regard to things like doxing, child porn, and calls for violence.....but everything else should be allowed and let users decide for themselves. Haven't we had enough of being "told" what to think.

  • Racism has gone too woke!
  • There are so many terms today that are so over used that they have become meaningless. There are still actual racists. Unfortunately there will always be racists. But you minimize that real problem by shouting "racist" at anyone who disagrees with you

  • What's something you enjoyed doing as a kid / What's a happy memory you have?
  • Being able to play sports (baseball/football) with neighborhood kids. No organizations like today. No parents interfering. No one drove you to the field, you walked there. Everyone got along and there were no overweight kids because everyday you got plenty of outside exercise.

  • There was a time when everyone had common sense
  • I don’t think any generation is “smarter” than the last at any given age.

I think the latest generation is smarter in some technological aspects because they learn them in school. Older generations didn't have that opportunity because those technologies didn't exist then. When I have a technical question related to things like Iphones I always ask the youngest person that I know.

One advantage of older generations is that they actually lived during historic events while the young can only read an author's interepretation of those events

  • Some one made the KEY comment about lawsuits. Today people sue over anything. Like you are so stupid you spill hot coffee on yourself. (coffee is hot) and then blame the people that you bought the coffee from. In earlier days simple logic was accepted and dumb people wouldn't be able to find ambulance chasers to file lawsuits for them. Today "instructions" to guide the dumber people are actually to prevent lawsuits.
