For weeks you drove past this sign. And you just couldn't resist attaching this

It just wears you down. You realize that the top of the sign is missing. And a sign that only says "ahead" means nothing. So your kid has a broken doll. She is going to throw it out. You see the doll head and immediately think of the sign. You cannot stop yourself from taking the head and attaching it to the sign. You then have the satifaction of continuing to drive by it and feel content that the sign now is at least relevant

But these are also the types of intrusive thoughts I can get behind.

Interesting though about receiving head. I had not thought about that possibility in regard to the sign.
