Food price fears as Brexit import charges revealed
  • I'm a buyer for a wholesaler and import a lot of food. I'm having to discontinue most of my imported dairy products now as this additional charge makes it no longer worth it.

  • Photo agencies are refusing to publish a portrait of Kate Middleton with her children over concerns it was manipulated
  • It was announced in Jan that she had surgery and was in hospital for a couple of weeks, and all of her public engagements were cancelled after that. She's likely just recovering but the Royal's silence on it is generating a lot of conspiracy theory fuel.

  • Why are people so antsy to see others in person?
  • We're talking about why people like working with people face-to-face, so how is that not important? 😆 It's pretty much the only factor that matters to me in terms of wanting to work in the physical office or not.

  • Why are people so antsy to see others in person?
  • Obviously I do, some of them are close friends now. But being around 100 people I really like for 27 hours a week is really good for me. During the pandemic I only went into the physical office once a week and it made me realise how much I appreciate that kind of socialisation.

  • Why are people so antsy to see others in person?
  • Depends on where you work. My colleagues are brilliant, I've made lifelong friends at my work place but then it's quite a radical work environment so attracts interesting people. I'd be gutted if I couldn't see them every week.

  • I feel like I need a separate body towel (big towel), and 3 other small towels for hair, face, and hands. 4 towels in total. Is that normal?
  • It does sound like an obsessive trait but if it's not causing you any problems and it makes you happy, then why not?

Although, a tip for you or anyone else reading this - letting your hair completely dry naturally without towel-drying it can make the texture so much nicer. I stopped towel-drying mine completely and now it dries with lovely, soft waves, no frizz at all.

It's hard to trawl through the app store. Are there any apps or games you'd recommend?

Who still has a rift in their family due to differing opinions over Covid?

My parents have always been left-wing hippies and entertained the odd conspiracy theory, but during the pandemic they got lost down YouTube rabbit holes and bought into Q-Anon and anti-vax ideas. They still don't believe Covid is real (even though they blatantly had it...).

We've just kind of agreed not to talk about it anymore, but they've steadily become more and more batshit and I think they believe I have been brainwashed.

Anyone else's familial relationships changed forever?
