What are some things that you have experienced in fever dreams that don't actually exist in real life?

Maybe you watched an episode of a TV show that does not exist. Or you thought a secret boss in a video-game. Or even found a loophole in the physics of reality that does not actually work.

  The beast had been experimenting on mutants and had been thought to be dead. Good vs evil and all that.
Not sure if it was a fever dream but probably more opiod medication related...

there's like a wedding song that gets cut off but it sort of sounds like this but its like an organ and I'm saying that because its possible I was playing that game a little while South Park was playing in background
its only like a 3-4 second motif and I feel like it plays a few times throughout

For lifestyle reasons, my sense of dreaming is very, very weak and can only remember one time I went to a school I didn't go to as the most surreal. To be fair it looked like Hogwarts though.
I often get subjected to some weird non-euclidean geometry that makes me dizzy. Of course I usually get dizzy from being sick, but my imagination makes my dreams really weird to explain why.
I once found this pool you could breathe in while swimming. That was a nice fever dream.

I have a reoccurring dream, sometimes an actual fever is involved, sometimes it's after I've just had a vaccine (maybe also a fever then?), but I'm always in some medieval or Victorian-era setting and it's night time and there's a full moon and I turn into a werewolf. I then go on a killing spree and kill people I know in the dream (no one I know in real life) in totally brutal ways with teeth and claws, and then the sun comes up and I turn into a human again and I realize what I've done and I freak out, and that's when I wake up sweaty and panting like I've just run a marathon. It's nuts and has happened several times.
