I have a vague recollection of this fence showing up on Reddit ages ago and everyone telling the owner to get a beware of dog sign instead of fixing it.

Either they followed through, or that’s a pretty good photoshop.
- I want to believe this is real, I really do...
  
  But the holes don't line up with the metal, and there's no holes in the right spots for mounting brackets etc...
  
  Looks like there are zip ties or string coming out of those holes, in which case the holes wouldn’t need to align with the metal.
- I mean should get a small dog with a big dog sounding bark to have in the house to go with it.
  
  Or just a recording of a big dog barking set to play at randomised times
