Witnesses say Myles Cosgrove barreled into a trailer park at a high rate of speed without his emergency lights on, then rammed a truck, totaling it.

Can we find a better term? I like the 'gypsy cops' concept, but the word 'gypsy' is considered to be offensive by the Roma people it initially and still often describes.
