The scariest part of this picture is the pole missing the bus stop sign that tells you which buses stop there.
I get it, it's in the middle of nowhere.
But this ad (or whatever it is) sucks anyhow, anywhere. Unless it's cynical in itself? I'm not sure: if it was some sort of surveillance criticism, wouldn't they have chosen "watching" instead of "looking"?
Its actually on the campus of a mostly arts college.
