So am I. Following a friend's advice, I started doing 30 minute exercise after work. It has helped a lot.
In my case, it was due to overstimulation. Now I stop looking at screens about an hour before sleeping, and I turn off all light sources before sleeping, and I managed to regulate my sleep.
Me, staring at my alarm about to go off in 5 minutes after tossing and turning for an hour: "this is the single most comfortable spot in the universe and I am so sleepy now"
