Fascists don't joke. They threaten and bully and see how people react, then decide whether to claim it was a joke.

"jokes"... those aren't jokes, Salon. Those should be taken as serious as a heart attack. Wake up journalists of the States, your country is under attack from within. (and has been for about a decade now)
The law on this is clear, we still have elections during wartime, but that's never stopped him before.

  My understanding was the Ukrainian constitution prohibits elections during war time. The exact opposite of ours.
