Plenty of money to imprison and torture people. Not so much for lunches for poor kids though.

  Someone is getting exceedingly fat and happy off of this.
- The funny thing is the whole "lunches for poor kids" thing started out because so many potential military recruits were unfit service due to childhood malnutrition. The Republicans are literally willing to cripple America's military might because it helps people too much.
Any "construction" project under Trump is a goldmine. He knows all the tricks to redirect that capital expenditure.
Like how the governor of Kursk stole money from the defense of his oblast, you know such projects by Trump are grifts as well...
