Wishing to do my part to defend democracy and given that the country I'm presently residing in is rapidly losing it, I plan to protest.
There's something liberating and wholesome about standing up for human rights and democracy - and I welcome others to do the same. While we still can.

I know it's a late answer, but I'm joining up with a club I've never really interacted with at the community college I attend to join a local pride parade. I may not be part of their community in terms of my sexuality, but support is definitely important for them, now more than ever.
First weekend in months where I'm not away doing something, so I'm going to try and move as little as possible

I might pop a film on but I've not thought much about what yet. There're a few series I've been meaning to get started on for a while, but analysis paralysis in choosing often sends me into a YouTube session
Gaming-wise, I'd like to finally finish playing the FF7 rebirth game, only got a bit of that left I think. If I do finish it I might start deltarune now the final two chapters are out. There's a good chance I'll play a few games of balatro too.
Was contemplating starting a new RimWorld colony, but I'll wait until the newly announced DLC is released next month now
Met someone new 3 weeks ago and it’s going really spectacularly. Looking forward to spending more time with them this weekend, maybe a hike or paddle boarding.
It'll be scorching hot, and the protest is planned for a park with absolutely no shade, but that's where I plan to be. I'll also be still annoyed that the 5051 people suck so bad at planning (they keep having protests change time, venue, etc at the last moment).
Pro tip: sunblock, water, battery pack and check where toilets are online before you go.
Umbrella, water, no electronics, and yeah, the bathroom situation is never planned out properly which is frustrating.
I saw in the news that Dairy Milk are doing a temporary coffee chocolate. I bloody love coffee chocolate! I'm going to see if my local shops have it, and if not I'm going to try the praline one I saw there the other day. I'm working, so can't do much but I'm going to eat chocolate and watch silicon valley which I've just started.

Friend's wedding on Saturday and father's day on Sunday.
A friend I haven't seen in nearly ten years is passing through town so we get a couple days to visit!
Saturday, working on some props for Halloween with one kid. Sunday, father's day and 3 birthday celebrations with the other two.
Sunday sounds busy! I really like you're working on props with your kid, that kind of thing makes lovely memories when you're both older
For the past month I've been writing a script to simplify transferring files and folders between my devices at home. All I have to do is change one feature, test it and it will be complete.
I've tried writing code before but never finished any project so this will be a nice accomplishment.
I'm thinking of putting it up on Codeberg to share. Maybe someone else might find my code/script useful. Even if it's just one other person who uses, it would be nice knowing my work made their life a little less tedious.
