For them to order his return they would have to go through other courts challenging that their Supreme Leader doesn’t actually have Supreme Authority up until it’s at the Supreme Court and convince them to accept the case then convince them to go against Supreme Leader.
And they would likely have to find this person to prove he’s still alive, and keep him alive in prison throughout this process

Trump is threatening other sovereign states with invasion and annexation, and destabilizing the economies of global powers. It's not a moral/humanitarian concern which tends to get mixed responses from global powers. Seems to me that this kind of story just proves that if ice comes for you only choice is to die fighting. You're going to be put in a hole in an El Salvador prison with no recourse. What incentive do you have to go quietly? What incentive do you have to trust the rule of law? Even if you're a US citizen, they'll throw you in that hole doesn't matter.
