It probably won't make any difference since this administration will almost certainly completely gut the SS program. But at least this way on the slim chance that there is some sort of recompense down the road, you'll have an official document available showing you what you were supposed to get at retirement.

You all dont get it, they're not going to cut Social Security, they're going to take a cut of it. It is no mistake that Musk is going after the actual payment system. He is going to try and force all government payments to individuals (and maybe all other payments too) onto X.
