You always have to ban the slurs that apply to your team so the ones they can use have half effectiveness, kinda like Pokémon.
Jesus... When I still played TF2, you'd just hear people having normal conversations, making jokes, getting the entire server to sing along to a song, or light smack talking like "haha eat rockets, foo!"
