Help write letters to inform and encourage young women voters to turn out for Florida's abortion ballot question
Vote Forward volunteers send heartfelt handwritten letters to unregistered and low-propensity voters encouraging them to participate in our democracy. The letters have been shown to significantly boost voter turnout.
I did this last time. Would again but international postage would be prohibitive.
How much are we talking? Here an international postage stamp for a letter is $1.65.
Hell, if it will get you to write the letter, and it's less than $5 USD, I'll spot you the money.
I would feel silly taking £2.50 from a stranger. If it's just one you're asking from me, I'll make time. I just feel as if I ought to be doing about fifty, like last time - but that'd end up costing quite a bit more than $5. Not as if I have as much time as I did then. Thanks for the little nudge though.
