Number or proportion? Because there were around 30 million immigrants in 2000, and around 45 million in 2020. If the raw number went up and proportion went down, or the counting method changed, as it did under GWB leading to Obama’s increased numbers, it’s much trickier to tell whether harm was increased.

And as population continues to grow, and the world gets shittier the numbers will continue to rise.
