When your tank looks more like the battering ram from Age of Empires 2

Edit: Apparently the Blyatmobile has been struck. It's difficult to tell if it's been destroyed or not though.

In the A-Team they'd bolt all that to something like a tractor or bulldozer to make a tank. Here they started with a tank...

Step 1: install several scopes and viewers to give better tactical insight into surroundings
Step 2: install multiple hatches so everyone can look around and spot enemies, trading awareness for minor weak spots.
Step 3: cover up all the weak spots with slabs of thin metal.
