Tried salt and vinegar once, they were horrible
Hey, that's okay! You're totally allowed to be wrong.
I used to hate them growing up, then I think my tastes changed, and now I love them. The bold acidic vinegar flavor just hits right. I still don't go out of my way for them, I'll always be a sour cream and onion guy for life, haha.
I feel like I'm the reverse, I used to find salt and vinegar a decent flavor if not the best, but can no longer stand it.
I'll take salt and vinegar on my french fries. That's glorious.
The ratio on chips is way off though. Too much vinegar, not enough salt.
Sea salt kettle chips tho. That's my shit.
Try pickled onion - even sharper.
