Celery is like eating crunchy water. I just can't do it.
Dice it up real small with carrots and onion. Saute gently in butter. Now you have mirepoix, a delicious base for many foods. The flavor needs to be concentrated. Try celery salt as well to really taste the delicious flavor.
Use those bad boys to scoop a giant glob of hummus
