  • Seems best to me

  • Unfederation should not be used so cavalierly. Instead, community blocks. I know many people that chose lemmy.world because it doesnt block anything and hope it stays that way.

  • Tbh, if they undid the api change, and also stopped banning communities left and right, id consider it. Atm, lemmy seems like its becoming a farleft monoculture and that is one aspect where it is worse then reddit

  • Interesting. Very quiet though, so unlikely twitch users will be jumping to fedi anytime soon i guess...

  • Ironically Ive known about fedi for years and years, but only with lemmy am i now properly active in it. I wouldnt bother with masto, its not anywhere as fun or worth it

  • Fediverse @lemmy.ml

Is there a good fedi or p2p alternative to twitch?

  • Use the search from a browser instead, yes

  • Reddit @lemmy.ml

Fair to assume reddit is now limiting account deletion

  • It can literally use any search engine you think of as a backend, so its strictly higher quality? Unless thats what you meant

  • Awesome

  • Good feature idea though!
