The election was thought to be cancelled due to labours devolution (further austerity measures) which would have dismantled Exeter's city council in place of a unity council. Thankfully this hasn't gone ahead. So I am free to continue campaigning.

I'm talking broadly, US unions should be showing solidarity to government workers getting fired and put in place mass strike action. So employment in any and all industries necessitates union membership. That is union power.
Motivated purely through outrage. Its shit that it works and goes to show why right wing politics will cut education funding.
So when dealing with right wing workers it can help to have acceptance, and to explain things in relatable ways. Usually deconstructing popularist ideas and proving the hypocrisy as when deconstruct theses ideas are at odds with each other.

Got a socialist conference tomorrow and an anarchist meet up Sunday.
Also seeing my brother tomorrow at the conference which I baked bread for so looking forward to hearing what he thinks of it.
My mother broke up with her partner so dealing with that fallout too which I'm anxious about.
