What are your go to meal prep foods?
  • I like to do Ethan Cheblowski's Sunday braise (description starts at around 7:45). I braise meat with some veggies, blend the vegetables into a sauce and use spice mixtures throughout the week. Sometimes I eat the meat and the sauce with some roast potatoes, sometimes I reheat the meat in tomato sauce with Italian seasoning and have it with pasta.

  • I used to eat yogurt that is pre-mixed. Now I eat yogurt where the fruity part is at the bottom and I mix it myself.
  • I recently started to buy plain Greek yoghurt and frozen fruit separately and mix them together with a bit of mint for breakfast. The pre-mixed stuff made me ravenously hungry in an hour, this way, I can easily last until lunch.

  • Brothers of Metal (despite the name). If you're into symphonic stuff, Epica and Beyond the Black are worth looking into. I also love Halestorm, but I think they're somwhere between hard rock and heavy metal.
