Edit: If your meds aren't helping then either they're not the right meds for you or it's worth talking to a therapist to help unwind what's causing you to be nonfunctional. This isn't viable. You can't run an older android version than a device ships with and eventually older hardware will become obsolete enough that it won't be able to connect to current gen mobile networks.

For now, sure, you can run android 12 on an older device and bypass integrity easily, but sooner or later that won't be viable.

I propose the process be similar to a driving license. Several weeks of classroom urinal use education plus simulator time followed by 10h or so of practical urinal use accompanied by an accredited urinal use instructor, and finally six months or 100h of urinal use accompanied by a licensed urinal user over the age of 18. Then you can take your urinal use written exam and practical test for your license.
