I don't think its necessarily because you disagreed with them. They likely have rules or policies of some kind against it and banned said user for a reason. You trying to defend a user that they had banned, does it not sound like you are either apart of that or atleast preventing the fires form being put out after they had banned the user. You are conflicting with a moderation decision against a user that they likely deemed violated some of their rules.
except i'm more like '>w< 😍'
That is unfortunate. Didn't know about that one. There needs to be a constitutional test against that one because I feel that legislating ones gender identity in this manner would likely go against ones first amendment. If someone has transitioned physically is it even really fraud at that point? They are trying to pass these types of laws and they are hoping (likely) we don't respond and challenge them in court before it is too late.
with that said, while you can delete your content from the physical server any screen share, or internet archive are kept forever, also this might not clear your posts from federated servers.
It's pretty easy to do in your Lemmy account settings. For someone who has done this many, many times .
What made you decide on the color orders, what was your motivation or inspiration just curious.
So essentially even if the school isn't what trump would call propagating it, you can't even have the students enact on it on there own? If that is the case then. Again, the choice is still wrong that they are suspending the student so to that extent (that the decision is still wrong) I do get it. I just wasn't as caught up to where exactly Trump's policy were at the exact enforcement.
essentially you can't have any "wokeness" (the rights words word not mine, as to why I quoted it) regardless who it comes from in public education. I still disagree with the fact the student got suspended. That wasn't going to affect that. (if you knew that, that's fine just putting that out there so people know where I'm coming from.)
Polyamory would be the best ending for the 3.
It was mostly related to she ra, but I meant like since you said the word polyamory right, I was saying yes that could work in the context of this she-ra related meme if all parties agreed to it. It wouldn't work with all the characters if someone didn't want to do the poly relation. WHile I believe that if you still had two that wanted to still be poly, then you could still do it. (based off how I understand how poly relation works) but the 3rd person if they didn't want to might decide not to be a part of it.
And then like reason I mentioned me briefly was just to further paint a brush on what I was meaning essentially, poly could work if the partners involved were on board with it. If one drops out and you still have two it would still work but then you wouldn't have the 3 you might had had originally planned for the poly pair.
I 100% agree no one should tell anyone what to do.
I like it, I don't know how to explain it but the color order feels like a well crafted cartoon. Maybe reminds me of some kind of older pixel Nyan cat game I use to play on the Xbox Live arcade.
Yeah that's a worse case scenario.
Let me tell you why.
Trump said that the schools shouldn't be directing it essentially, or risk being defunded. However, I don't think his policies actually target the students them selves. If the student does come out on there own they shouldn't be suspended period.
My point here is, If Trump doesn't say that there shouldn't be any students coming out at all permitted to attend schools, then not only is the school taking a transphobic action suspending but they are over enforcing trumps guidelines.
Thoughts? Maybe I missed something and that is something Trump directed someone can fill me in maybe. Either way doesn't matter this is still wrong.
Hello. Welcome to the Nonbinary community.
While the U.S is having LGBTQ legal issues atm but tbh, compared to Russia atleast technically you're still legally aloud to be LGBT, while in Russia, it's more directly banned. For the most part Trump seems to be targeting public funds as a mean to try to enforce guidelines. However it's not completely banned, 'yet'.
Meaning you're still safe in private independent spaces to be what ever gender identity, and etc that you want. So while the U.s might not be a top choice, it's not the worst choice for minority to live at.
If all partners agree to it. I wouldn't personally mind it.
Can you show any evidence to your claims of this antisemite claim you are bringing?
On the mod log they say you are a troll, and even if that can be proven to not be true, they also mention your pfp being pornographic. Can you explain any of this?
Made up pronouns? nonbinary does exist. You can simply identify with what ever pronouns you identify with. I'm also not as familiar with this mod either.
If this fully passes then what else do trans people have left in the u.s?

Not the Nintendo I grew up with, with the Wii and Wii U.

I was thinking about this for sometime and some might wonder why someone might think that memes are better at delivering the news so I set up this comaprasion between the memes and the news.
What the news does.
a. Generally it tells you what's happening: b. encourages you follow a narrow #political "side" c. Might make you short sided, and falling behind with the community and society trends at large. You'l likely not be the most social person because you'll be angry with people more often then if you just consumed memes instead from different perspectives, d. news clips, videos, #podcasts, #newpaper articles, can take from minutes to hours just to began to scratch what is happening, and what the news agencies takes are.
memes
a. memes tell you what's happening, it gives you an insight to #culture and #society trends in different perspectives, b. Memes don't ask you to pick any side in itself, but they might encourages you to follow memes related to #topics you are interested in. Or #advocacy #movements you stand for. c. Memes are quick to consume and give you so much information in seconds to minutes when #scrolling through memes in a #socialmedia feed
This is such an interesting perspective on memes want to hear comments from anyone on their thoughts on this.

Good morning, lesbians
edit: undeleted after realizing that the image gets linked to instead of an image directly on the post for some reason. Idk why

SOme background history: 26 years old today, when I was younger I use to watch some Yuri/lesbian content and I use to sometimes imagine as if I were the opposite gender.
Today: I found that I might be nonbinary but never made a post about it anywhere on the internet before due to worried of facing judgement. lemmy.blahaj.zone I think has proven itself to be a safe community to post about this. Today I am opening up about talking about it. idk what the response would be. Today i'm now identifying as she/her, and experimenting with nonbinary identity.
Peertube has a lot of great potential, however it can be hard to find content on it. Sepia Search works, but it doesn't always show videos from all local servers. My suggested feature is, some sort of Lemmy communities like feature for Peertube where local servers can create communities for specific types of videos. The communities ideally would be managed at the server level made on any Peertube server. users on and off the server could have an ability to upload to the community a video related to that topic.
I feel if Peertube does this, this is the missing features it needs, and then give it about 2-4 years and it might have more activity, and content because now people can more easily find specific content.
There is a Japan exclusive console Nintendo Switch 2 edition, that costs much less than the default multi language Nintendo Switch 2. Japan has two Switch 2 consoles in Japan.
supposibly the cheaper Switch will only work in Japan, and only support the Japanese language.
Nintendo putting their own country first? and charging everyone else more? huh?
Nintendo's first-party lineup is avoiding key cards for now, but third-party publishers are embracing them

Remember when you use to buy a Switch game and the game would atleast partially before updates, be on the cartridge?
Well imagine buying a key cart for your Switch2 and, you have to download the game from their servers from scratch. The game doesn't download itself to the cartridge, but onto your Switch 2 consoles internal memory.
Now imagine getting a bad update and trying to delete some data including the update, just to play with the original games version.
physical Key cart games are treated just like they are digital which means you can't revert the update.
Even if the game is saved onto your Switch's internal you cannot legally play a key cart game, without the key carts inserted in your switch.
The game data is not stored on the key cartridge but on your switch's internal memory.
$80 $70 Nintendo Switch 2 carts
