What was the last book that you read?
  • Last book I completed: The Conquest of Bread by Pyotr Kropotkin

Currently reading: Stormlight Archives book #5 by Brandon Sanderson

Now that I type that out, this is so avg lemmy user reading interests.

  • Experimenting with gendered clothing
  • Flat chested cis women exist and there's clothing and clothing guides made for them. I don't have any specific links, but I would recommend looking up guides and tips for flat chested women.

  • Ways to help Amazon Labor Union Strike

I'm not affiliated with any of the parties involved. Just a big fan of unions, and wanted to raise awareness. Hopefully this isn't against community rules.

  • I think it means your speedometer is displaying double your actual speed. So you can go at a speed that the speedometer says is twice the speed limit, and you'll actually be going at the speed limit.

    Hope that helps 👍

  • Selling out
  • I got a Raytheon for missile targeting systems. Didn't want it on my conscience and got another offer for slightly less money but way more ethical of a company a week later.

  • Anon is SpongeBob
  • If you don't mind me asking, when were you in high school?

I was in high school in the late 2010s, in a red county in a red state, and there were a few openly queer ppl in my grade who were never bullied throughout high school.

I think it was because allies outnumbered the homophobes/transphobes and bullies only punch down, not up.

    Moose don't sound real

Moose sound like they're an animal from a horror story, not like they're a real animal. "The deer became the size of grizzly bears and now charge at any humans who they see. Their charges are unstoppable by any method we possess. For centuries we have hunted deer, and now the deer want revenge. They demand blood."
