I dont see any confusing thing here.
The average person won't care if this is not made by the same dev. They would be like: "I should try this Lemmy thing people keep talking about, I wonder if they have Infinity for Lemmy?". And of course they would search up Infinity for Lemmy on Google, in fact, that's what I did.
So, again, I think the name should be left but the icon remade or edited to be more unique.
SystemD is an init system (it initializes the userspace) and takes care of managing services. Its quite an important piece of software. There are many reasons linux elitists hate it .
